1. Operator and contact
The website is operated by Jan Jetmar s.r.o., Company ID 08925666, with its registered office at T. G. Masaryka 980, 565 01 Choceň, Czechia. The customer-facing office is at T. G. Masaryka 621, Choceň. For privacy enquiries, email jetmar@dargo.cz or call +420 603 818 077.
2. Technical website data
For security and diagnostics, the hosting platform may temporarily process essential technical logs such as an IP address, request time and browser type. The website does not use user accounts.
3. Contact form and email
When you submit the form, we process your name, business email address, message and, if provided, company name and phone number. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer or fulfil a subsequent agreement. The same applies when you contact us directly by email or phone.
4. Spam protection and message delivery
The form is protected by server-side validation, a time-limited signed token, a hidden check field and rate limiting. Messages are sent through our own mail server using PHP mail(). Cloudflare Turnstile may optionally be enabled as an additional security layer; it is not used for marketing.
6. Use of artificial intelligence
Artificial intelligence tools were used as an aid when preparing and editing some website copy and visual assets. The outputs were subsequently reviewed, and the operator remains responsible for the published information. The website does not automatically send contact-form details to public artificial intelligence services.
7. Retention
We keep contact details and related communication only for as long as needed to handle the request, protect our legitimate interests, perform an agreement or meet legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and may object to processing. You may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
9. Updates
This version was updated on 9 September 2026. We update the document when necessary so that it reflects how the website and our services actually operate.
The contact form does not send its contents to analytics, advertising or public artificial-intelligence services.
